Blake Lively's diet tips revealed by celebrity trainer
The man who whipped Blake Lively into shape for the Green Lantern has revealed the actress’s diet secrets.

Celebrity trainer Bobby Strom worked with the blonde and her co-star Ryan Reynolds when they were filming the movie in New Orleans last year.

And he says that he fed the stars a strict diet that included porridge, flaxseed and almond milk.

Strom not only trained the two actors, he also became their personal chef during the gruelling shoot.

The 54-year-old says: “I advocate a lifestyle. “It’s about coaching people, encouraging them so they can live a normal life, go out to dinner and order something off a menu.

“With this project I did all the cooking. For breakfast I made Blake and Ryan eat oatmeal."

He said for lunch he treated Lively, 23, and Reynolds, 34, to protein, such as chicken or tuna, and salad.

Dinner was more of the same with perhaps a portion of sweet potato or brown rice with chicken, fish or lean steak for a variation, he said.

Off screen the pair were advised to stay away from alcohol if they wanted to maintain their lean figures.
